1. Use of Third Party Apps to acquire an advantage in-game such as Speed & Wallhacks
For most cheaters, they will get killed off by the system during the match. The system detects abnormal behavior such as characters moving at high speeds, traveling to places otherwise you won't be able to reach, and firing at a rate that normally you won't be able to.
2. Verbal Abuse
Online gaming is ANONYMOUS. Therefore players get to be someone else, and maybe say some outrageous things that they could NEVER say in public.
Given the nature of online gaming, we do allow a certain degree of "trash talk" and players are expected to don't take everything so personally. If you are using voice chat, simply mute or ignore the other player. Though trash talk is permitted to some degree, we do not tolerate inappropriate comments pertaining to race, religion & gender as well as references to terrorism, joke, or not.
If you think that the user is in violation of our verbal abuse policy, you can submit a report and simply select "Game Concern" and "Abuse Report (Verbal Abuse)" as the type of problem then provide all the information listed in the form.
