2. Modifying, tampering, or editing of the Game Client, Servers, or Game Data (packet, etc.) and/or Hacking apps
Unauthorized changes to the game client (.ini file modification, etc.) /servers/data (such as packets) will likely interfere with the game services, therefore, it is not allowed. Anyone found guilty of using a hack will have their account banned permanently.
3. Bug Abuse
Users found guilty of exploiting errors and bugs instead of reporting them will be held liable for serious penalties. Depending on the severity and number of times the bug was exploited, the penalty can be a temporary ban spanning for days or weeks, up to permanent account suspension.
4. Verbal Abuse (e.g. racial or sexual discrimination)
Though a certain degree of trash talk is permitted, the use of offensive words towards others based on their race, gender, nationality, religion, etc. is not allowed. Such behavior can lead to temporary account suspension while reference to terrorism will result in a permanent account ban.
5. Teaming
Teaming is defined as two or more players working together as a group in a selected game mode; e.g. Targeting other players as a team or communicating with each other to gain a tactical advantage then they are teaming.
Teaming can result in rank reset or a permanent ban depending on how often the user was caught teaming. Teaming with a hacker carries a heavier penalty and will result to rank reset and ban, for more details please refer to Announcement: Punishments for Teaming with Hackers.
