Dear Survivors,
After a period of getting feedback from the Free Fire public, as always Free Fire is continuously being updated to bring all players more convenient and safer gaming experiences, especially to protect users’ accounts from being bound by other people, Free Fire is going to turn off the multiple social account binding feature.
The function will expectedly be switched off from 24/08/2023.
These are some questions you may need to know:
Q1. After 24/08/2023, can I bind my Free Fire account with more than 1 social account like Facebook, Apple, Google, VK, or Twitter?
- Cannot. Game accounts that are created after the date 24/08/2023 can only bind with one social account. You should use, manage well your game account, and not share it with your friends, strangers, or anyone to avoid unwanted potential problems.
Q2. I bound already my Free Fire account with several social platforms like Facebook, Google, etc. Now if you turn off the multiple social account binding feature, can I still use bound accounts to log in to the game?
- The answer is yes. This action impacts merely game accounts that are created after the date 24/08/2023.
Q3. My Free Fire account now is bound with social accounts of strangers, can you have me remove or unbind these?
- As much as we want to grant your request, we cannot. Please note that we only have very limited access to your Facebook, Google, etc. account information, and the details we do have do not facilitate us to precisely verify if said account is yours or of someone else.
Moreover, be also informed that it is fixed and not unbindable once a Free Fire account is bound with any social media account. In case your social accounts were hacked, you can contact directly to the respective provider, like Facebook, Google, etc. to obtain useful information for the account recovery process.
