If you are still having connection issues despite following the steps in our guide Troubleshooting step: High Ping, we require you to do a traceroute for us to assist you further by following the steps listed below:
1. Download PingTools Network Utilities: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ua.com.streamsoft.pingtools
2. Open the app and click "bar lines" (as shown below)
3. On the new window, click on "Traceroute"
4. Type the IP address listed below and press "TRACE"
- 124.156.12.200
- 119.28.245.253
- 124.156.12.189
- 119.28.245.97
5. Once the traceroute is done (30 hops), click on the "3 dots"
6. Select Gmail to send the result to your email.

7. You will need to test all 4 IP address and include all 4 results by attaching it
